Berry Early Smoothie

Servings – 1

INGREDIENTS
Raspberry – 65 grams
Blueberry – 65 grams
Oats – 25 grams
Avocado – 35 grams
Banana – 120 grams
Almond milk – 250 milliliters
Chia seeds – 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 65 grams raspberry, 65 grams blue berry, 25 grams oats, 35 gram avocado, 120 grams banana, 250 milliliters almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and mix till easy.
2. Pour the combination into the glass.
3. Serve.
