Watch as Family Circle shows you how to make Rice Krispies trees! Making this Christmas recipe will be especially popular amongst the kids, but even adults will admit to loving them. Heat butter and marshmallows until the butter is melted, stirring until smooth. Add green food coloring to this gooey mixture until you like the shade. Add Rice Krispies, stirring until the cereal is evenly coated. Spray your hands with cooking spray to prevent the mixture from sticking to your fingers. Make a ball of Rice Krispies, then form it into a cone shape. Cover the tree with red sprinkles, and use a yellow M&M for a star. Give it a trunk with a peanut butter cup, and wrap them individually to give as homemade Christmas gifts! These Christmas treats are too festive to resist.
