INGREDIENTS

CUPCAKES
6 tbsp (84g), unsalted butter, room temperature
3/Four cups (155g) sugar
1/Four cup (57g) bitter cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
Three massive egg whites, room temperature
1 1/Four cups (163g) all goal flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/Four tsp salt
1/2 cup (90ml) eggnog
2 tbsp (30ml) water

ESPRESSO FROSTING
1 cup (224g) unsalted butter
3-Four cups powdered sugar
2-Three tbsp eggnog
1 tsp vainilla extract
1/Four tsp salt
1 espresso shot (single)

2 tbsp (30ml) scorching water
1 tbsp powdered immediate espresso espresso
