My favourite cookies are snowball cookies! These cookies are buttery, melt-in-your-mouth, and the proper Christmas cookie for cookie swaps and your vacation cookie unfold! These snowball cookies have toasted pecans for further taste. These take just a few elements and are SO EASY!
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 1/four cup cake flour OR 2 Cups All function flour
3/four cup of finely chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling
Step one to creating these snowball cookies is to preheat your oven to 350 levels and toast your chopped pecans.
