Strawberry Jam Donuts

450 grams strawberry jam

560 grams plain flour / all objective flour
280 grams full milk (room temperature)
11 grams immediate dry yeast
50 grams butter
40 grams nice sugar
5 grams salt
1 medium egg (57 – 60 grams with shell)

Sugar Coating:
1 kilograms additional nice sugar
eight grams vanilla sugar
half teaspoon salt

Oil temperature: 160°C
